These days clients have alerts already set up on their smart phones and ipads, and they have a serious plan for inspections." "Clients meet you on site at the property and all business can be conducted from there these days," added Maryke.
The other huge difference in the way the ladies have modelled their business is by changing the traditional sliding percentage scale of commission on real estate sales. "We take our legal obligation to do our utmost to sell each home very seriously," said Christine. "Whether your house sells for $250,000 or $2,000,000 we should be putting in our maximum possible effort to get the very best price we can for your home," agreed Maryke. "Our commission structure is very simple. We charge a flat price to sell your house and we charge a flat price to sell your land.” The price includes their essential marketing package and GST.
